1113 Technologies

Training · Calgary in person · online across Canada

AI training for finance and operations teams.

Three courses that set each other up. The flagship half day, where each person turns one recurring piece of their own work into a governed process and the sponsor leaves with a roadmap. The agent build, where a small group makes one roadmap item run on a schedule with an approval gate. The leadership briefing, where the decisions and the control model get settled.

From twenty years building and running the finance systems Alberta head offices depend on. The tool prepares, a person approves, and nothing touches the ledger without one.

What changes

What a team has the week after.

  • Each person leaves with one of their own recurring processes running: a reconciliation, a lead sheet, a forecast tab, a report pack. Not a prompt, a process.
  • Each process has a one-page card: input, what I do to it, output, who checks it, how often, how long. The card is the instruction and the control.
  • The sponsor leaves with a ranked list of the team's recurring processes, by hours, frequency, and how rule-bound they are, and the first two picked.
  • Your organization has a written answer for the auditor: the tool prepares, a person approves, nothing posts without one, and there is a log.

Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant

If your organization wants to use the Alberta grant, we have a way.

The grant reimburses eligible private-sector employers 50% of instructor-led training, up to $5,000 per trainee a year. It requires the training provider to have been in business and delivering training for two years. 1113 Technologies is newer than that, so grant engagements are delivered and invoiced by EPM ONE Consulting Ltd., our sister company and an Alberta training provider since 2016, with the same instructor and the same course.

It is a help, not the reason to do this. Approval and funding are Alberta’s call, the application has to be in before the course date, and executive and owner seats are generally not claimable. Tell us on the call if you intend to claim and we set the engagement up that way from the first email. Grant details and outlines on epmone.ca.

Fewer than ten people?

The flagship runs online monthly at $495 a seat.

Live on Zoom or Teams, anywhere in Canada, with the same instructor and the same process cards.

About your data

About your data

Courses teach on practice files built to look like yours, in your industry, so nothing confidential has to leave the building to learn this. Each person then applies the pattern to their own work under their own organization's policy; the setup guide we send ahead of the course says what that requires, and sanitized files are fine. The pattern itself is the protection: the export is the read-only boundary, a person is the approval gate, and nothing touches the ledger without one. For the grant, your organization deals with the Alberta portal directly; we never hold trainee personal information.
