Courses
The same ladder, on Zoom or Teams.
Course 1 · Finance and operations teams
The Governed Workflow
Everyone runs one of their own recurring processes through the pattern and leaves with the card to run it again. The manager who booked the course leaves with a ranked list of the team's recurring processes and the two to start with.
Half day · 2.5 hours · up to 20 · $4,500
Outline and outcomes
Course 2 · Process owners and finance systems
Build a Governed Agent
Take one of the processes the team chose and make it run without a person starting it: a connection instead of an upload, rules as code, an approval gate, a log, and a schedule.
Half day · 2.5 hours · up to 8 · $5,500
Outline and outcomes
Course 3 · CFO, controller, finance leadership
AI for the Finance Leadership Team
Bolt-on or structural. What happens to the ERP and the reporting stack. Buy, build, or both. The control model that answers the auditor. The 90-day plan.
Briefing · 2 hours · up to 12 · $5,000
Outline and outcomes
Course 4 · Advanced · finance systems teams
Claude Code for Finance Systems
The advanced day for the team that runs the finance platform. Two governed agents running by the end, and a conventions repo the team owns, so it keeps going without us.
Full day · 6 hours · up to 8 · $12,500
Outline and outcomes
A single-company online run is the same price as in person, $4,500 for up to 20. Fewer than ten people can take seats in the monthly open run of the flagship at $495 a seat.
Training grants in British Columbia
Local details
British Columbia's Employer Training Grant covers a large share of eligible training but requires a provider based in B.C., with out-of-province providers considered only in exceptional circumstances. Assume our courses are not grant-eligible in B.C. unless the program tells you otherwise. We would rather say that than have you find out at claim time.
Why us, from Calgary
Vancouver finance teams run the same closes, the same reconciliations, and the same forecast workbooks as everyone else; the courses use practice files that look like that work, then each person applies the method to a file of their own.
About your data
About your data
Courses teach on practice files that look like a finance team's real work, so nothing confidential has to leave the building to learn the method. Each person then applies it to one file of their own, under their own organization's policy; the setup guide we send ahead of the course says what that requires, and a sanitized copy is fine. The pattern itself is the protection: the export is a read-only copy, a named person is the approval gate, and nothing posts to the books without that approval. For the grant, your organization deals with the Alberta portal directly; we never hold trainee personal information.
