Privacy Policy

1113 Technologies Inc. (“1113 Technologies,” “we,” “us”) is a Canadian corporation headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. This page explains what information we collect when you visit 1113tech.com or correspond with us, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

We are not in the business of collecting or monetizing personal data. The following describes the small amount of information that flows through this site in the course of normal business communication, and our obligations under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Alberta privacy legislation.

What we collect

When you email us. If you write to hello@1113tech.com (or another address at the 1113tech.com domain), we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments or context you choose to include.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs — IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp — for operational and security purposes. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies on this site at this time.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to provide services under engagements you have initiated with us, and to maintain operational records required by Canadian corporate law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on the following service providers to operate the business: Google Workspace for email and document collaboration, and Vercel for website hosting. Additional providers may be added over time and disclosed in subsequent versions of this policy. These providers each handle information under their own privacy policies and contractual commitments.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or those of others.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence and engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterward in accordance with Canadian record-keeping requirements (generally six years for tax and corporate records). Server logs are rotated according to our provider’s standard retention.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable Alberta provincial privacy legislation, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccuracies, and to withdraw consent for its use. Contact hello@1113tech.com to make a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

International data

Some of our service providers (Vercel, Google Workspace) operate infrastructure in the United States. Information you send to us may therefore be stored or processed in the U.S. and is subject to U.S. law while there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For substantive changes we will also note what changed.
