Send the team, roughly how many people, and two or three tasks that eat their week. We reply with a time for a 20-minute call, usually the same day.
After the call

- 03A 50% deposit holds the date. Before the course, your team gets a short setup and data guide.

- Deposit
- A 50% deposit holds the date. The balance is invoiced on delivery.
- Rescheduling
- Reschedule free with 14 or more days' notice. Inside 14 days, the deposit is applied to a new date within 90 days. No refunds.
- Before the course
- Before the course we send a short setup and data guide for your team. If IT blocks the tool, tell us and we plan around it.
- Referrals
- 10% of a booked course to whoever brought it.
- The Alberta grant
- Engagements booked through 1113 Technologies are not structured for the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant. If you intend to claim, say so before booking: grant engagements are delivered and invoiced by EPM ONE Consulting Ltd., our sister company and an Alberta training provider since 2016, with the same instructor, and must be applied for before the course date.
