Local details
Saskatchewan runs the Canada-Saskatchewan Job Grant, which has covered two thirds of eligible training costs up to $10,000 per trainee, with online training eligible. It was reported paused in 2026; confirm with the ministry. The Alberta grant does not apply outside Alberta.

Courses teach on practice files that look like a finance team's real work, so nothing confidential has to leave the building to learn the method. Each person then applies it to one file of their own, under their own organization's policy; the setup guide we send ahead of the course says what that requires, and a sanitized copy is fine. The pattern itself is the protection: the export is a read-only copy, a named person is the approval gate, and nothing posts to the books without that approval. For the grant, your organization deals with the Alberta portal directly; we never hold trainee personal information.
